Hosting and page delivery

This site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you request a page, technical connection data, including your IP address, is processed so the page can be delivered to your device. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website.

The hosting control panel is set to generate no log files for this site. This does not prevent the processing of connection data needed to deliver a page or possible technical error data.

Cookies and the private area

The public pages use no analytics or advertising cookies, and I do not run visitor analytics. Signing in to the private admin area uses necessary session and security data. If “Keep me signed in” remains selected, a login cookie is stored for up to 30 days. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in protecting and operating the private area.

YouTube videos

Some posts may include a YouTube video. Opening a post does not load the YouTube player; its preview is served by this site. Only when you select “Load video from YouTube” is a player from youtube-nocookie.com embedded. Connection data, including your IP address and this site's origin, is then sent to YouTube. YouTube may process additional data and use cookies or similar technologies. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; processing outside the EU may occur. See Google’s privacy policy for details. External links and email

Links to other websites connect you to their operators only when you follow them. If you email me, I process your message and contact details to reply. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. I delete the message when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, or object to processing.
